Welcome to Atelier Confidence. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Appointments & Consultations
All new clients must complete a consultation prior to any treatment.
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
2. Deposits & Payments
Deposits are required for certain services and packages. These deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future services if rescheduled within the allowed time frame.
Full payment is due at the time of service.
We accept major credit cards and approved financing (e.g., CareCredit).
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
4. Refunds & Returns
Services: All treatments are final sale; no refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered.
Packages & Memberships: Non-transferable and non-refundable. Sessions must be used within the specified time frame.
Products: Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Opened products are non-returnable due to health and safety standards.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Treatments provided at Atelier Confidence are elective aesthetic procedures. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
You agree to disclose your full medical history, medications, and allergies prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect your safety and results.
Our providers reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Risks & Outcomes
All procedures carry potential risks, including swelling, bruising, redness, discomfort, or rare complications.
By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Individual results vary; multiple sessions may be required for optimal outcomes
7. Photography & Records
Before-and-after photos may be taken for medical documentation.
With your consent, photos may be used for marketing and educational purposes.
8. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All client information is protected and will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
Atelier Confidence reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
11. Communication, Opt-In & Opt-Out
Opt-In Consent: By providing your phone number, email, or other contact details to Atelier Confidence (via website, booking system, events, or forms), you consent to receive communication from us, including appointment confirmations, reminders, promotional messages, newsletters, and special offers.
Channels: Communications may be sent via SMS, email, phone calls, or automated messages. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.
Frequency: The number of messages will vary based on your engagement, bookings, and preferences.
Opt-Out:
To unsubscribe from emails, click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
To stop receiving SMS, reply STOP at any time. You may also reply HELP for assistance.
Effect of Opt-Out: Opting out of promotional messages will not prevent you from receiving important service-related communications (such as appointment confirmations, medical instructions, or billing notices).
Privacy: We will not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
